Ingredients

Amount per daily serving: 

  • Magnesium as Bisglycinate -  220 mg
  • Additional Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC).

Directions

Ages 7+: Take 1x capsule daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon.

Aes 9+: Take 2x capsules daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon. 

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 

Take 2 hours away from prescription medication. If on medication, we recommend checking contraindications with your health professional.
